HELPFUL TIP: To make the process smoother, please contact your insurance provider before scheduling to check the specifics of your coverage, and to see if a referral, pre-authorization, or pre-certification is necessary.
MOBILE CHECK-IN
Our Mobile Check-In allows you to check in for your appointment online, on your time, with a link we’ll email you, or a text message we’ll send, a few days before your visit. Plus, you might be asked to answer some questions about your health, which will help us know exactly what you’d like to focus on during your appointment.
