While some conditions may require an examination in our office, for many conditions we are able to accomplish everything we would in-person and provide the same high level of proven care.

How do I book a telemedicine appointment?

To schedule a telemedicine appointment at any of our locations please call our office at 1-877-231-3376. You will receive detailed instructions by text and will be directed to complete paperwork and consent forms online.

Who will my telemedicine appointment be with? 

Your telemedicine appointment will be scheduled with one of our board-certified dermatologists, a dermatology-trained nurse practitioner or physician assistant. In many cases, you will be able to receive care from your regular dermatology provider, ensuring comfort and confidence.

What types of things can I make a telemedicine appointment for? 

At this time, telemedicine appointments are available for existing patients for the following visits:

  • Spot/Lesion Checks
  • Rashes
  • Acne
  • Rosacea
  • Psoriasis
  • Medication Refills
  • And more…

Is my health care information secure while participating in this online visit?

Yes, we use HIPAA-compliant technology to connect you for your visit to ensure your conversation during your appointment is secure and private.

Is there a copay for a telemedicine visit?

Yes, there is a copay for appointments. Please check with your insurance carrier for their most up-to-date policies on this. There is a maximum out-of-pocket charge of $49 for self-pay visits

What if my insurance does not cover a telemedicine visit?

Telehealth is available for Medicare and self-pay patients only, at this time.
