Dr. Michelle Kerrigan Joins Dermatology Specialists of Georgia Team in Marietta

Dermatology Specialists of Georgia in Marietta is excited to welcome board-certified dermatologist Michelle Kerrigan, MD to the team. Dr. Kerrigan will be joining board-certified dermatologist Dr. Alan Gardner, as well as licensed aestheticians and assistant laser technicians Kimberlyn Franquez and Lauren Kirk to provide comprehensive dermatology care for the skin care needs of the Marietta community.

Dr. Kerrigan received her medical degree from Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth and completed her residency in dermatology at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. She also holds a B.S. in management science and engineering from Stanford University.

Her experience is diverse, including working as a consultant with Accenture in New York City, a pro bono consultant for a relief organization’s medical program in Haiti, and a research assistant at Brigham and Women’s Hospital’s Center for Clinical Investigation in Boston.

In addition to her academic and professional experience, Dr. Kerrigan is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, Pediatric Dermatology Research Alliance, New England Dermatological Society, and Women’s Dermatologic Society.

Dr. Kerrigan has a passion for all areas of dermatology, including medical, surgical, and cosmetic. She encourages her patients to ask questions and share their concerns, saying, “As a board-certified dermatologist, I am passionate about helping my patients understand their skin condition, in addition to treating them.”

Dr. Kerrigan will be providing a variety of dermatological services in Marietta, including:
