Ashley received her undergraduate degree in nursing at Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama and her Master of Science in nursing from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Her prior experience includes working as an ICU nurse at Huntsville Hospital and a family nurse practitioner at an outpatient medical clinic in Scottsboro, Alabama.
Ashley credits her prior clinical and critical care experience with shaping her passion for dermatology and getting to really focus on patient care. For Ashley it’s all about listening to what patients need and helping them both look and feel their best when it comes to maintaining their healthiest skin. From diagnosing a wide variety of skin conditions to screening for and helping treat skin cancer, Ashley is committed to working with each patient to develop the best treatment plan for their individual needs.
She is a board-certified nurse practitioner with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and a member of the National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners. Ashley enjoys being outdoors and fishing with her husband and two boys.
