This is how our patients rated their overall satisfaction in the following areas:

1. Percentage of patients that felt the time they spent waiting to see a provider in the office or exam room was acceptable


2. Percentage of patients that felt their provider listened carefully to and addressed all of their questions


3. Percentage of patients that felt their provider explained things in a way that was easy to understand


4. Percentage of patients that felt their provider spent enough time with them during their appointment


5. Percentage of patients that were likely to refer us to a family member or friend
